Happy today to you!

Today consisted of church :),

a delicious linger longer,

and making pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.

I also reviewed some of general conference and LOVE this:

It definitely just skims the topics covered by modern day prophets and apostles,

but sure is it amazing nonetheless!

50 years.

Yesterday (if you haven't already heard) -
Tangled 
debuted on DVD/Blu-ray.

This = happiness.

My roommies and I (+Shayna)
took time out of our lives to watch it
(we did homework too - yes be impressed)

At the end of the DVD this came on:

I LOVE it! 

It just radiates happiness for me.

Bless that Walt Disney man for his dream.

On another note remember this quote?

(I am assuming everyone has heard it at some point in life)

Never in my life has this ever been more true.

Decisions to be made 

and those that have been and their consequences,

questions, doubts, fears, insecurities, health issues,

struggles of every kind from the past, 

in the present, 

or coming in the future . . .

 

I have been blessed to be let into some of them 

for many people and it has opened my eyes 

to the truth of that quote.

These are happy, loving, beautiful, 

talented people and they have struggles, 

struggles that are often hidden 

but nonetheless affecting their lives . . .

So Be Kind - We're all on our own journeys.

I sure appreciate when people don't bite back at me

when in my bitter mood . . .

Sorry this is such a long post but along with being kind

remember these on you trial apparent days:

I am SO excited to hear from these men 

and others like them this weekend.

Barely Contained.

Oh my goodness I cannot even explain to you how excited I am for this weekend. It can be summed up in two words.

General Conference

and I am beyond words at how giddy I am for it. Here's a clip from one of my favorite talks from last conference to get you excited too.

Enlightening Weekend

Can I just say this weekend was superb?
8 hours of wonderful inspired sharing of knowledge from people like this:
I can't wait to read all of it in the Ensign.

Meanwhile, I read this talk by Elder Uchtdorf from the YW broadcast.

Wow is all I can say.
Although I'm reminded of it all the time,
it's hits you harder some times than others.

Two days of my family.
Remember this post from last year,
Wow it sure doesn't feel that long ago,
and I wish I had taken more pictures this year.

AND celebrating the knowledge of this:

Oh how I LOVE General Conference!

I love getting to hear from the amazing men that lead the church and the women that lead too.

I love getting answers to prayers and direction through the direction and counsel they give!

I love all these men: Every single one! They speak the truth and are truly called of God.
