So this past week has been so crazy hectic fun! Monday we played kickball for FHE and I love that kind of fun! You know the kind where there is competition enough but in the end no one really cares who won. I had so much fun just being in the game! :D

Then Tuesday I woke up and headed to Lagoon for the first time EVER. It was so much fun! I went with my neighbor Will and like I predicted it was a complete date which was ok with me. :) We rode the rides and played miniature golf and it was so much fun. While playing golf I managed to hit the ball super hard and hit it over the 12 foot fence, yep but you know it wouldn't have happened had the ball gone up the ramp like it was supposed to . . . I have to say it was pretty hilarious though. I think my favorite roller coaster was Wicked . . . I was so scared to get on it and go up that straight up and down thing but in the end it was amazing . . . the ride we rode the most though was Rattlesnake Rapids . . . we were soaked on the ride home and before that the majority of the day.

Wednesday I woke up tired but did get to sleep in and then at 3:00 the ward and I headed to Newton Dam to enjoy boating! It was so much fun! I did the tube a few times but stopped once my face hit the water giving me a pounding headache . . . I did end up going again later! :). Then I tried the knee board . . . . the first boat that I tried it on I couldn't make it up. Later that night though I did attempt it again and was able to get up and ride . . . it was so much fun! Of course I felt ALL the activities the next day and was exhausted, yeah this was just the start of that too.

Thursday I worked the morning shift and went home and slept . . . meaning spent the rest of the afternoon in bed, Friday was almost identical without so much bedtime . . . I called my mom because I felt awful and I had friends coming up Saturday night and did NOT want to be sick. She checked a few things out and we decided that my adrenal system was shot . . . apparently I was under more stress than I ever thought (my mind has been stressed about a few things a little too much . . . breathe) and so sleeping all day was fine because I was just simply restoring my body . . . I had most the symptoms of AFS (Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome which about 80% of people get in their lifetime). . . the two that bothered me the most were of course the constant tiredness and the 'gray' feelings . . . my theme song I felt was "If your going through hell" by Rodney Atkins just because I felt so . . . so gray that is really the best word to describe it . . . well needless to say I feel better now . . . a lot happier of course my best friend Stephanie and Ashley are visiting and that just makes me happy within it all.

Oh and Friday I saw Batman: The Dark Knight . . . I will say it is super good. It did feel as though it was going to end about five times though and that kind of thing does wear on the movie . . . I also had a friend comment on how there was a lot of Batman but not enough Bruce Wayne and the Joker was more of the 'main character.' I still say go see it!

Just some comments from life

So last night, my neighbor Will came over about 11 probably (yes I should have been getting ready for bed as I had to work in the morning) . . . well he, my roommate Steph, and I talked for a while and did the Rubik's cube a few times which is a fun skill to have. Suddenly Will decided to go all creepy. Probably due to something that came up in the conversation but who knows. So he rolled his eyes in the back of his head (well as close to that as you can get while still living) and just followed Stephanie wherever she moved in the room (with his rolled back eyes! Agh!) He also went silent and just sat there. He then started moving about and he is good at this thing . . . I would say possessively (here meaning done as well as if he was possessed) good at this. Well Stephanie and I were laughing and screaming and running around and Will was just keeping at it! He wouldn't respond to anything but knocks when we locked him out and just was creepy through the peephole on the door (I also just want to throw in there that amid ALL this screaming my other roommate Molly slept through it ALL! How I will never know.) So finally we let him back into the house because he was doing a cheesy smile . . . well then he did our DISHES . . . WhAt? Yeah and there was creepy moments during that time period too . . . when Will finally did one last scare and got one last scream from Stephanie . . . he just cracked up and said, "You girls will be the only ones to ever have nightmares about a guy doing dishes," . . . um maybe not. It was fun though. Then I had to find a way to GO to sleep . . . I did after Molly asked a few questions but kept falling back asleep before I could answer (she really did sleep through it ALL).

(This in NOT the bird in the story below, just an example of what to beware of)

Then this morning I got up to come to work, while I was enjoying the fresh morning air walking up the hill I learned a lesson that I didn't know was actually something to watch for on a daily basis . . . while I was walking under a lovely tree :) I felt something plop into my hair . . . keep in mind folks that it had not been raining, the sprinklers had not been turned on, and not it was not a leaf . . . so I bet you can't guess what had just happened due to all the context clues staring you in the face . . .yep nasty nasty stuff in my HAIR. Luckily I was not too incredibly upset because I didn't wash it this morning, but I did touch the poo and so my hands had it upon them . . . I got to work and didn't care that I could walk more, I went in and marched straight to the bathroom to clean up . . . luckily this poo was not the nasty white and black stuff you see on your cars . . . well I think that was lucky I am not sure as I don't know which is better to have in your hair, it was just some nice runny stuff . . . I am sorry, I will quit giving details and just say, that the moral of this story is . . . BE CAREFUL when walking under trees as birds do live in the ones you walk under as well as the ones you don't! :D

Wow what a week

Ok so the title may you lead to believe that something exciting has actually occured in my life this week . . . maybe even multiple things however this is misleading. Yep this week has been a work catch up craziness! As you know I took last week off to go home and so when I got back and others took off, I took their shifts so that I could catch up. 52 or so hours! That really can exhaust you! The people calling on the phones can get irritating really, luckily I enjoy working with the girls I do so I can still be somewhat happy and cheerful.

Oh last night I guess some things could be said to have happened, I was getting ready to cook dinner after a long day at work and a nap and Will came over. We played Mario Kart and then Molly came home. She cooked dinner and then her and Natalie joined us in watching Beauty and the Beast. We then made zucchini bread and cookies. Then Noah and Jason joined us for more Mario Kart. Well Lo and Behold the time flew and before we knew it was midnight and 7-11 so we just had to go and get our free slurpies right?!?! Well the poor lady working couldn't find the cups so we paid and went home, and went to bed! Then this morning I woke up got ready for the day ran a few errands, picked up a Jamba Juice with Molly and Natalie and came in to work for the rest of the day! Hooray . . .yep life is amazing all right.

A Wonderful Week

Well last week I took the trek back home to Arco and just hung out there. I decided that I really want to just learn a bunch of things because it feels really good when you can say, I know how to do that or I have done that. Yep, I am making a list and perhaps I will post it once it is done. On that list there was learning to drive stick shift which has been there a while, so I took the opportunity to go out to my friend Natalie's house where she sat me in the truck and let me go. I didn't do much that day because the truck was hooked to a horse trailer and I would feel much more comfortable in a car . . . I never did get back to drive the car though. The rest of the week I just hung out. I did get to go and see my old boss which was very good.

Friday was Independence Day! Hooray! I got up and went to the parade in Arco with my family where we collected a bagful of candy! :D Then we just did what we do. I fixed the dog kennel gate on the side of all that too. Come dark we went up to the number hill and watched the fireworks. They were really good. I LOVE the boom . . .. amazing. And one of the pipe things holding the fireworks tipped over during the show . . . and it started quite a few fires on the hill, luckily the firefighters are the ones setting them off and the fires were able to be drenched and put out quickly.

Saturday I got up early and my mom and little sister and I went to Idaho Falls to shop for a little bit. About the time we were ready to leave my mom realized the keys were missing . . . yeah in the mall of all places. It was really weird because we had NO idea where they could be, she had had them just seconds before they disappeared and we had checked all the nearby places. So after searching the store we had been in, checking with their lost and found, and checking the previous stores we called my dad who decided to come and give us the key he had . . . an hour and a half away. We decided to go and eat which was delicious and then spent time relaxing in Barnes and Noble . . .now we were supposed to be home because I had planned a cousin get together and they had traveled out to my house . . . and of course once my dad pulled into the parking lot my mom got a call from JcPenny's saying they just had some keys turned it . . . yep! So we went home and got to finish the night playing with my cousins Pam and Heather and soon to be Thomas. (Apples to Apples Jr. can go a long time and Reba can truly make you laugh). I ended the night with Sahara . . :D

Sunday we woke up and went to church which is always good. After church we waited until Heather, Thomas, Jessika, and Kristy arrived and then we ate dinner and just laughed a lot. My cousin Jessika was talking about something and her sister Kristy said, "Jessika you need to pack an extra bottle of sunscreen when you die . . ." we were all sort of confused and then she finishes, "because you are gonna burn." Oh man it was funny. Later Jessika was reminiscing and like, "who would have ever thought that the year 2007 would come and we'd be doing this," yeah I looked at her and let her know that it was 2008. Funny stuff. We also had our remember when moments. I love my cousins! We played some more apples to apples and DDR. Then I had to come back to Logan. I love my family so much! I will post the pictures that we took as cousins in a little bit.
